Since obtaining her cosmetology license, Kayla has never stopped pushing herself to become better than she was yesterday. Her drive, hunger for education, and unbeatable work ethic have made her into an unstoppable stylist. She thrives on educating young stylists from a very technical perspective, coaching her team members, and building a successful, industry-leading business. Anyone who knows Kayla knows that she is a perfectionist at heart. She has become an expert in haircuts over the course of her career, specializing in low-density, fine-textured clients. She enjoys creating easy maintenance haircuts through the structure of the cut. Naturally or minimally styled hair is her favorite: she loves seeing guests embracing their natural beauty. Kayla is always organized and has a thorough plan in place, regardless of the situation: whether it is forming a maintenance plan for a guest, planning the growth of the salon, or encouraging the growth of a team member, Kayla is 10 steps ahead. Kayla’s family time is the most precious thing in the world to her. She loves her family and watching her little boy grow and learn every day. When she is not in the salon or planning for the business, she is usually practicing yoga somewhere.
