Alli has been at Salon Sublime since before graduating cosmetology school, juggling working as a shampoo assistant while she was finishing her program requirements. She has learned something new every single day since she started working in the salon. Alli quickly became the salon’s cleaning guru; if she is not with a client, she usually has a Swiffer duster in her hand. She enjoys blonding services and delivering high-quality client experiences. Alli is always excited for any kind of education she has access to, and she implements new techniques with her clients until she perfects them. Her favorite products are Davines Volumizing Mousse and BOB Stay & Play Leave-In Conditioner.

Outside of work, she enjoys cleaning, reading, and shopping for shoes. She’s a huge Zach Bryan fan and she loves attending country music concerts.
